 Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

Sir , BJP Delhi President, was making the mockery of PM's Swatch Bharat Abiyan - by cleaning the intentionally spread garbage at Lodi Road ..rather taking the initiative on a serious note . He laugh like a joker and gives excuses which are stupid in nature. He should have gone to so many dirty places in Delhi if really mean to clean Delhi . 2. His supported men came BJP office ..when Kiran Bedi was taken in ..It was a clear indicator that his man will not be happy and will do negative campaign for BJP. I think he should be removed off from Head of Delhi BJP post . and Kiran should be installed . YOUR WELLWISHER

Dear Sir, Railway has many more ways to earn money by developing infrastructure & other facilities some of below: 1) Railway can start internet cafe for public in every railways station by using own optic fibre line 2) Railway can take advertise for Goods Train (Wagons) from Big Companies like Cements / Coal Sector who uses Railways racks for transportation so railway can earn money 3) Many cities of India not having basic Toilet facilities railway can open extra facilities to public

In summer Indian Railways introduced summer special trains which has taken a long time for completing journey and passengers get tired. If trains like Garib Rath(all ac coaches with low fare) being available instead of summer special trains, then it be beneficial of all passengers who are traveled in summer.

In upcoming budget decrease Rail fare because it was increased due to Diesel prices. Now Petroleum prices are decreased, it will beneficial for all if Rail fare decreased

Lifts at end of platforms in Vijayawada station may be adopted for other stations. Platform numbers for arrival of trains must be made 30 minutes before as senior citizens find it difficult to go to the platform claiming steep stair cases. For very late arrival of trains, passengers with reservation tickets must be accommodated in trains in same route if accommodation is available without any extra cost.
