When we are working under Facility management company which is only a contractual employment in which an amount is claimed by Facility management company from the Client(ie Principle employer) whereas the same was not paid to the employees and held by the Facility management company since Gratuity can be paid only those who are working for more than five years in the Facility management company. It will be useful for us if the period of service for gratuity for contract employment is 1 year.
