When we are working under Facility management company which is only a contractual employment in which an amount is claimed by Facility management company from the Client(ie Principle employer) whereas the same was not paid to the employees and held by the Facility management company since Gratuity can be paid only those who are working for more than five years in the Facility management company. Can Railways be used to supply water for the farmers?

Invest in building water pipe line instead of thinking of interconnecting rivers to solve water for irigation as it is already done in some parts of gujarat with water pipe lines.This will help in reviving investment cycle as well help getting jobs for rural people.Most of all we need to liberate farmers from unseasonal rainfalls.they should get assured water supply for irrigation.even getting water from tankers or railways also ok.will help this RBI guy to reduce interest rate as well.
