Invest in building water pipe line instead of thinking of interconnecting rivers to solve water for irigation as it is already done in some parts of gujarat with water pipe lines.his will help in reviving investment cycle as well help getting jobs for rural people.Most of all we need to liberate farmers from unseasonal rainfalls.they should get assured water supply for irrigation.even getting water from tankers or railways also ok.will help this RBI guy to reduce interest rate as well.

i have attached a file and tell me is it all our's fault or someone else too.If you really want to change something in India than plz start with the base i.e education.No one talks about us and no one talks about Engineering colleges.Sir i think the biggest crime should be in India is open an Engineering college without an appropriate infrastructure,culture,resources,education etc.You and your government is responsible for allowing them to open such a college with no education and no placement.

This will result in Minimal imports i.e. promote "Make in India"& More employment opportunities. Example : Assembling of TV Set-Top-Boxes, Small Motors, Table Lamps etc. 2) Decentralize all Industrial Areas and move to rural belt.

Sir first of all you should start from education in rural areas. From a recent survey it has been found that all the crime commited is by the uneducated fellows. Good education not only gives a good oppurtunity to jobs but it also changes and improves one's thinking and morals. There are several gov schools in every rural areas but they are completely useless. Their educatons are like hell. Sir I kindly request you to pay some attention towards these areas.

KEEP ALL THE STATE / CENTRAL GOVT OFFICES IN EACH AND EVERY RURAL AREAS , AUTOMATICALLY RURAL AREAS WILL GET BOOSTED FOR WELL EARNINGS AND THIS WILL MODARATE THEM FOR A GOOD DEVELOPEMENTS.
