More jobs realted to Agriculture can be created in rural India through focus on storage and processing of agricultural produce. This will also reduce the wastage of perishable agriculurural items thereby leading to better income for the small farmers. Handicrafts and tradional skills can be another mode for creation of large number of jobs. Such handicraft proucts / products of tradional skills should be marketed by goverment gaencies to ensure fair remuneration to the artisans.

My suggestions for the Land Acquisition Bill :- There should be a Committee which includes members of the concern gram panchayat, Govt officials & pvt players. who should look into the acquisition process & made responsible 4 compensation to the farmers in time bound manner so that no project will get stuck & compensation to the farmers is also reach to right hands. Land should only be taken for the development of the villages not for the luxury of any big industrialist.

If a target of Rs.30,000/- is fixed, it will be easier to formulate employment generation programmes and schemes. Also, the effectiveness of the said programmes can be evaluated better against the said targets. Please consult the local bodies ( Gram Panchayat, Block and Zilla Parishad) before finalizing the said programmes.

Sir, From my childhood, I am hearing one thing regularly that India is an agriculture country. But unfortunately we have forgotten to make development in this direction. Sir, we can create crores of jobs in agriculture sector but Govt. has to take the initiative to take all the empty and wastage land in India under cultivation by making them fertile. By this way crores of people of India will get the jobs in their respective areas in agriculture field

A. For the unemployed who are not highly educated (rural areas) : 1. Provide irrigation facilities ( bore well, lift irrigation, canal irrigation, interlinking of rivers. 2. Provide cheap credit to the farmers and the youth for doing their own business ( interest @ 5% or less per annum) such as in the transport sector, dairy farming. 3. Also, introduce agricultural co-operative farming through Agricultural Co-operating Farming Society (ACFS), and regulate the ACFS through state legislation.

In Today's India their are two types of youth one is well educated have degree and other higher education. and second is educated but less, but trying or willing to complete education. there is also 1 more category less or not educated. According to me the Job opportunity with every company should categories that company can take the skilled and dedicated employee. Companies should not only hire those who are only graduated but not skilled. Many youths are skilled but not graduate. pls
