How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Creation of Jobs directly connected with controversial Land Bill . I am an hardcore supporter of our PM , but, I feel the positive part of the bill showcasing it as Farmer friendly clauses were miserably failed by Govt to communicate with the farmers resulting misinformation by some vested interest. If Govt can widely disseminate its positivity through the Kishan's Umbrella body after tweaking little in those contentious clauses and let those Kisan body approve it thru media.

There is no assessment from Govt. before allotment of land to industry. Govt. should include a clause in the land allotment law that only 25% of land over the actual covered area shall be allotted to industry. This will curtail the land acquisition unnecessarily from the farmers which in turn will reduce crop production. No one should be allowed to encroach land intentionally. Out of the box ideas will help Govt. to sort out land issues.

Now a days a lot of arguments are being put forward about the necessity to dilute the land acquisition law to benefit industrial development in India. From my experience of developing world, Indian industrialist try to acquire much higher land area while setting up any industry for a hope to sell those lands in future at higher price to recover their investment in industry. If we assess existing industry, only 10% of land of any industry is used as covered are to make the industry. (Contd-2)
