Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

if landholdings are equally held and all workers are employed on their own farm, expansion in agriculture technology will increase household earnings; however, this model is unrealistic for farmers that do not hold land, the earnings from agriculture depend on the wages that they receive, so if agricultural technology improvements result in increasing mechanisation, wages may fall.

Menace of moving unemployed youth from rural to urban- DEMOGRAPHIC UNBALANCE IN GERMANY.The young and clever leave and the less mobile stay. As the population thins out, schools, banks, convenience stores and hospitals close for lack of demand. This makes life harder for remaining residents. So they leave too. The residents were at risk of having no doctor at all. A care home for the old had to close. Doctors in fairly distant cities were persuaded to take turns commuting one or two days a week.

In Gujarat small fishes are put into dams for development where as when there is shortage of rain this cannot be done.If we build a sea water dam inside the sea and along the sea shore about 1 km inside and there sea water variety of various fish can be cultured as it is done in Japan. in my view we can employ thousands of people any roughly earn about 20000 crore rupees or even more every year whatever permissions required should be worked out and this plan can earn foreign currency as well.

..and first intimating their consent for the purpose, to get priority over other clusters identified for the purpose of acquisition. The above suggestions aim to make the Land Acquisition Bill equitable and humane and bereft of elements of force and compulsion which are obvious in its current form. The above mathod of acquisition is an innovative way of acquisition, and is worth consideration. Further, the existing terminology of Land "Acquisition" which sounds arrogant be considered (contd)
