Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

While the railways used to transport new rail tracks to replace the old ones they have not transported the used ones back to their storing yard for paucity of space for the same. Except in some convenient places where these are auctioned locally other places are lying and corroding for ages. As they are too heavy to be carted off after winning the auction no one comes forward for the auction in these places. Hence my suggestion to start steel factories at say every 500 kms can be discussed

In this project respective state govts can join Railways and if needed Big players like Tatas can join. Land acquisition for these steel factories will not be objected to by any land owners or any political parties as jobs will be available for rural youths and generations to come.

Respected Modiji, We have the longest rail track which can circle 1.5 times our earth. But sadly we have not tried to tap the benefits of the huge amount of resources lying alongside these tracks since centuries. According to my limited knowledge, the amount of used steel tracks and other steel items lying along the tracks can create jobs to rural youths by opening steel factories at every 500 kms of the track. Railways can provide Raw materials and transportation of the RM.

Jobs can be created by restarting mills.I see many mills have not working since long time. why can't we just re-start them or why can't we use there area for making new manufacturing companies? of course jobs can be created.

Sir As I feel it is a portal just like twitter as well as Facebook etc. No attention is being paid by govt.on posted ideas. It is Indian culture to work less propogate more. Allotment of railway reservation ticket to cyber cafe just like mobile flexy can provide employment to a number of people.

Pls ask your MPs/MLAs to study all the Manifesto of other parties. Read in between lines how they are committing millions of jobs to the youth and improve our GDP without economic growth, what they will do construct hospitals/schools/highway/stadiums/etc.. WITHOUT UTILISING THE FARM LAND. how many lands were taken from villagers earlier what did they do with that land. Y the opposition is fooling the farmers now. Ask AK how he will construct 10,000 schools without land.Hope they are not in AIR..

We need to differentiate between farm owners and farm labourer. Today with the Land bill issue at the fore front rural Indian people need to be educated on farm labourer which will benefit him with this land bill. Today, non agricultural income from the land is around 40-50% for the land/farm owner. All your MPs/MLAs need to travel and educate rather being in AC Room and wasting resourceful time and energy of the parliament session. All ur party functionary has to do back ward integration.

opportunities for the rural economy and also benefiting larger society of the people. We have 29 states each starting 2-3 convention centers near the airport. This will spur the growth of the states as many big hotels will start opening next to these convention centers. On regular basis many events keep happening all can benefit from these convention centers.

Today we don't have huge convention centers in Most of the state capital which can accommodate 2-3thsnds people at one time. few are there which is within the city. Today most of the airports are outside the city limits. These big convention centers with capacity of 3 types, 2-3, 1-1.5 and less than 500 people seating should be constructed closer to airports as most of the VIPs need have to travel and creating huge traffic problems. This can be utilised for corporate also. This can create huge
