Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

The Government must endeavour to encourage setting up of infrastructure in the rural areas so that employment opportunities could be made available to those in need, at their door step. THE CREATION OF JOBS IN RURAL AREAS WOULD LEAD TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA, THAT WOULD CHECK EXODUS TO THE CITIES.

minds of people be made for doing business by self help groups in villages(by advertising model groups). but for that either govt. directly should take initiative or give special subsidy to corporate houses promoting this. subject to conditions that they can not exploit villagers by leaving schemes after taking benefits of subsidies. secondly MP'S SHOULD ATLEAST Start visiting villages to be made adarsh keeping in mind this scheme. presently MP's do not even visit MLA consti. falling undr him

Just thought come to my mind...why we can give corridor to China from north to Gujarat or Maharashtra instead of Pakistan give them Gawadar port.so we can have control over activity of china and same time china no more need Pakistan. It will create jobs.I may be fool I do not know.I love my India. but one thing I know from history,Wisdom of higher value, knowledge, economy, and with military strength(sarwati, laxmi, kali) nations are respected.and India can rule the world as Guru.sorry if I am wrong.

It is only an irony that after six decades of our Independence, we have yet to zero on as to how to manage the affairs of our village-administration so that the people living there do not feel the need to move to semi-urban or urban areas or cities - in that order - to ek out their livelrhood. EVERYBODY WANTS TO REMAIN AS NEAR TO HIS OR HER NATIVE PLACE AS POSSIBLE. TIME TO PONDER.

We in our buerocracy have enough experts and economists who can assess the viability of my suggestion and take decision accordingly. Railways can earn huge profits and State govts will have very good share in the profit thereby reduce their dependence on Central Govt
