Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Modi Ji, Pl. don't take Congress's ploy as well as other opposition lightly for land acquisition. The farmers of India are frustrated and they will take advantage of their trouble and create problem for you in next election. The situation may become like Delhi election. India needs you for minimum 10+ years.. Pl. be careful and re-strategise your policy for rural India. Farmers can overthrow any government.. You need to create goodwill among them..

Respected sir,I agree with the fact that BJP government is trying to make India no. 1 in terms of job opportunities, infrastructure etc.But we also need to look at the environment and its protection .Everyone in the city know what the urbanization/industrialization has done to the nature .Just because US or China is having big buildings it doesn't mean we need to cut down our trees and turn our paddy fields into industrial areas. With more growth comes more consumption of energy & more pollution.

govt. can give extra benefits to employee like some free Travel in Airplane, ship ,World tour depend on how much they provide support to farmers. private companies who support farmers may give some support , discounts etc.

Promoting and facilitating establishment of small and medium scale industries in each village which could provide employment to atleast one member from majority of families of that village.it would check migration, will be an additional source of income to families who depend solely on income from crops, improve connectivity to cities and internet, help in overall development of village. This clause should be an add-on in land acquisition bill that each village will have an industry.

I attach herewith an article titled 'A Roadmap for growth in Indian Villages' which suggests outsourcing of village development work to a newly developed capacity holder 'Village Audit and Architect Firm'against consulatation fee, who can be catalytic in skill development and other developmental roadmap of rural area. The idea is worth replicating on ground as it would create jobs for rural and urban youth alike.

The creation of full time jobs in rural areas has been an area largely given the least attention. Resultantly, the people in the villages feel the necessity to move to cities to take up one job or the other to supplement their family oncome. THIS PUTS URBAN AREAS INFRASTRUCTURE UNDER PRESSURE AND ALSO PUTS HINDERANCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL AREAS. CREATION OF FULL-TIME JOB CRIES FOR URGENT ACTION.
