Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

RESPECTED MODI JI THE BANKERS ARE NOT HAPPY TO DO THE WORK FOR OTHER COMPANIES BUT THEY CAN DO THE INSURANCE WORK FOR THEIR BANK ITSELF. IF THE BANKS ARE ALLOWED TO KEEP THE INSURANCE PREMIUM ITSELF THEN THEY CAN DO BETTER. THE SALARIES OF BANKERS CAN ALSO BE INCREASED FOR THEIR WORK BECAUSE BANKS' PROFIT WILL BE INCREASED. WE BANKERS WILL DO THE WORK IN RURAL INDIA FOR GETTING PREMIUM OF DIFFERENT INSURANCES. THE WILL DO HAPPILY.

RESPECTED MODI JI, THE TASK OF INSURANCE HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO BANKS TO COLLECT PREMIUM AND DO THE ACCIDENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE FOR THE DEPOSITORS. MY SUGGESTION IS THAT IF LET THE BANKER HAVE THE PREMIUM ALSO WITH THEM I.E. WITH BANKS IT SELF THEN THIS AMOUNT WILL BE KEPT BY THEM AS DEPOSIT THEN THIS AMOUNT CAN BE USED FOR NEEDY BORROWERS AND THE AMOUNT CAN BE PAID TO THE CLAIMANTS FROM THIS FUND/DEPOSITS.

The committment of the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi to make all-out efforts to see to it that assured sources of income are arranged in villages needs to be treated as national committment. FRUSTRATION CASTS ITS NASTY SHADOW WHEN SOMEONE AND ANYONE, IN RURAL AREAS OR URBAN, IS FACED WITH A SITUATION OF SURVIVAL. THIS SITUATION HAS TO BE FOUGHT AGAINST WITH COMMITTMENT AND CONVICTION.

Regarding Land acquisition, to make bill acceptable by farmers and Raise a slogan "Gaon sudharo, kisan bachao, Bhu adhigrahan karo, Yuva sashakth banao". Also open a Kisan centre for land aquisition mediation, settlement conferences, neutral evaluation, and arbitration. Also website, contact numbers 24x7 to hear to farmers local problems and to help with active consultation process.

Much can be achieved towards creating better opportunitues in rural areas by creating an atmosphere of encouraging people to get into mode of self-employment. WE CAN WELL STUDY FROM CHINA HOW TO INTERNALIZE THE WORLD DEVELOPMENTS AND PUT THEM TO USE IN THE SERVICE OF OUR OWN PEOPLE.

Going back to the (rural) Kilometers again, let us create designated 'Rest Areas', and develop 'Restaurants (hygiene) and Lodges (clean)' - high potential for varieties of services based Job creation. Especially kilometers close to big cities /towns will benefit because if folks are going there for a days worth of business, they will stay outside the city /town, and drive back home once the business is done.

The current visit of the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi to China should add to what he has been doing all-along towards creating job opportunities in the country. IT IS WELL KNOWN THAT CHINA IS FLOODING THIS COUNTRY WITH DAY-TO-DAY PRODUCTS AT MUCH CHEAPER RATES THAN THE INDIGNOUS PRODUCTS. WE HAVE TO LEARN TO REVERSE THE TREND.

India has thousands of kilometers of roads, and government has ambitious plans to increase those kilometers, passing thru small villages and small towns. Why don't we use those kilometers to create jobs? I have attached a document with some thoughts on how we can turn Kilometers in to Job generating meters.

If NM wants to get reelected in '19, then he must do what he promised. He promised the poor of this country that they would be given priority on funds from the treasury. Well, then the PM must stop taxing the poor as giving so many poor handouts is impossible. The poor are burdened by back breaking excise and service taxes which are directly passed on by the manufacturers to the consumers. Once the poor man has more money, he will consume more to help grow the economy and he will also reelect NM
