Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Why not employ all unemployed citizen of India in defense on stipend only and train them for their field of choice which will solve our two problems.....1.Unemployment and 2. security.... because if we have 10 crore of trained people in our country for war...NO CHINA will have guts to stare on INDIA.....

It is important that an air freshness should statrt bowing. The air that makes it to every ear. The air in which the dwellers in the rural areas do not feel frustrated. IT CAN HAPPEN ONLY WHEN THE VILLAGERS ARE ABLE TO ACQUIRE SKILLS OF MULTIFEROUS NATURE.

It is important that the rural India does not, and, surely does not soley and heavily depend on Agriculture as is happening today. All there should be imparted training in different disciplines, as is the case in urban India. IF THIS TASK IS STARTED, THE SENSE OF FRUSTRATION CREEPS IN WHEN THERE IS SENSE OF FINANCIAL HELPLESSNESS. IN RURAL AREAS THIS HAS TO BE FOUGHT AGAINST.

In this technology era…Govt. of Gujarat has never appoint “ COMPUTER TEACHER “ in any standard ( from Std. 1 to Std12). It is very important subject in this competitive world….Then also why this injustice to computer subject in our Gujarat? In Govt. school temporary computer teachers are quitting their job in 6 to 12 months. So actual and effective education not happening in school. If we are talking about technology and E-Commerce then students should learn this subject properly in school.

What HRD is doing if they can see and use such obvious opportunity. I will come back with list of opportunities first let me get cured.

If you are really interested in up lifting rural ones. Stop using them as pawns in dirty politics. Their addict ness, litharge is due to easy money for being with some powerful person, actually he doesn't bother their future, career. Stop giving free Abby thing, make them to earn it, whatever may be the price, but it should have a cost attached. If anyone whether from rural or urban wants to enjoy earning rather than begging there are so may services required by society enough to keep all engage

I visited many villages and found, youngsters are not interested in working. You can find them roaming like vagabond. Their parents literally slog down, irrespective of their age and health. You will find youngsters with bikes, mobile, talking rubbish, no creativity, no enthusiasm, no direction, no aim for lifetime. First make them work ( not for politicians) but to earn something maybe experience, knowledge, peace for old age parents, poor family members children, wife. Make them think future.

In our great country, each & every area stands as a unique entity of its own which is unique as to what sort of field of activities shall flourish there. Based on the survey done towards what sort of activity the people of the area will be comfortable in, ARRANGEMENTS SHOULD BE PUT IN PLACE TO IMPART TO THE DWELLERS THE TRAINING IN A WAY THAT WOULD ENGAGE THEM FRUITFULLY. BUT THIS HAS TO BE THERE WITHOUT YIELDING SPACE TO FRUSTRATION.
