Next revolution is expected in use of advanced technology in Agriculture. Farmers are facing shortage of agricultural labourers. In coming years, this shortage is expected to grow severe. Government should make plans to address this preparedly from now itself. Because to save farmers from rising prices/cost of agriculture. Farmer income has not grown significantly but his expenses are expected to grow year after year. Government authorities must focus agriculture on the top of list for rural.

Formulate plans to empower rural communities and farmers. Appoint expert committee to work out how to improve rural employment opportunities, income to outputs. Advance technology for village like using advanced technology for automation in community cattle culture for whole village. Automation and mechanized equipment to be produced by young engineers associated with different groups, business companies. Buy some foriegn patent rights for some products for Indian startup companies.

Just like Central government has given powers and more proportion of money to states. Even states should give such empowerment to districts. Please ask states to do this.

We are hearing lot of news about improper storage of agricultural products in market yards. Every year there is lot of wastage of agriculture produce due to improper storage of agricultural produce. Either at farmers own storage facilties before selling or at market yards. This is embarassing to our country because on the other side we talk of people, children dying out of hunger or remaining malnourished. Please change this. Even mice also eats away some produce in FCI godowns.

Chart out list of plant species and Seed production units for every district of the country. Seeds and natural fertilizer production in every district. Reduce taxes on products needed for agriculture and to be bought by farmers. Set action plan for high income producing species of plants or trees in every area of the country. Develop store houses and development centres for all kinds of seeds of plant species. Avoid wastage of agricultural produce to natural rains or others causes.

Government should come with 'Agriculture Action Plan' to set target to increase the agriculture production and make agriculture more profitable to farmers. Besides, government should also work out on increasing fodder produce to cattle. Besides, "Young farmer action plan" for young farmers creating alternative work in non agriculture season.

set up new schools in existing colleges with courses on design on various types products & goods. Teach people how to create material product design.

Buy the patent rights and technology of new machinery, technology, methods of large scale production if they are available outside the country. Here are also employ the human resource planning and also take help of Social sciences(like from tata institute of social sciences) degree students or graduates. Choose right people in right rural areas to give them all this machinery or give to those Women self help groups in villages.
