Integrating PF &PPF accounts will help in covering a larger base population who are working of permanent rolls, contract rolls etc. it will help immensely when a person working on moving jobs (thru contractor) to track his medical history. Also all practicing doctors should be covered in this initiative

My view would be to have one uniform registry system linked in with the Aadhar card system. People could transfer the detail from the system onto their own flashdrive and take it with them, this would have their important medical data on it.The e-health site would have an area for professionals and an area for the public with information about registered institutions with their areas of speciality-or link to the institutions website. There would be an area for medical news local and national.

Hi sir , I am a computer Science student i have some suggestions regarding the e-Health Services in India . Sir if we link social Networking Site ( Like Facebook ,Twitter etc ) to the e-health service provider it will help lots because Social networking sites are now used by 1 in 4 people worldwide. so that the person having some disease or problem can contact hospitals or clinics and access healthcare information instantly or fix a appointment with physicians or doctor immediately .

Agree with ravi singh_9 about having AAdhar card linked uniform registry system for patients. People should be encouraged to voluntarily disclose their chronic and serious diseases such as those affecting heart, lungs, kindneys, brain/nervous system etc. which would help to assess the health of the nation. We can then establish world-class speacialist hospitals for the same and and our need not go abroad to places like Singpore or USA for treatment.

UNIFORM REGISTRY SYSTEM once pt entered in health care system registered in Bihar/UP next time he visited Delhi and fell ill Visited in some hospital of delhi - Registered no opened and it show pt is native pff, allergies, previous medications , medical history etc etc... ADVANTAGE - no data is missed, fake registrations ends, unified system...
