Im a doctor by profession. Our health policies are based on surveys mostly conducted by independent agencies or WHO etc. In reality we don't know the actual problem at the ground level ( Real burden of disease ??) then how can we plan. Need of UNIFORM REGISTRY SYSTEM which enrols any patient entered in (govt or private) so we can know the actual burden of disease, its distribution & plan accordingly. It may linked with AADHAR CARD. (ONE INDIA ONE PATIENT ONE REGISTRATION)

NeHA is really an appreciable concept but still in highly globalizing world there will be no boundary barrier for healthcare services in near future, so this concept must focus on non mentioned areas of medical tourism, internationally integrated patiegnt tracking system, knowledge process outsourcing and insourcing from experts from across the world.

Like having attendance recording for government employees, can the same system be extended to health care which helps erraticating corruption in medicines and also tracking what each patient was given by each doctor atleast at goverment hospital. It would help in monitoring all medicine consumption and also providing patient data in good way.

Sir I am from Health care worker(Nurse),sir to control fake Doctors in society why not you pass a bill among Nurses that they can treat or practice based on minor elements,I hope this can little bit decrease or control the raising of fake doctors in society which is most dangerous to the society, and also creat an opportunity to nurses where they can use their profession to contribute their knowledge towards Future Healthy India.

National e-health Authority will have to keep in view Patients, Doctors, Pharmacists, Paramedical Staff, Hospitals run by government or private, Medical equipment, medicines, medical education, medical associations and so many other things. I have a large experience of 20 years in this regard as can be seen from my visiting card attached here. My previous post contains other issues. My website may also be helpful.

Knowing we are threatened by a mortal enemy that surpass our intelligence, why are the politicians not preparing for the eventualities? This may come as a surprise, but the threat is real. Ebola has made us shudder with fear and is not one that will disappear. Future infections will kill or scar patients with disability. High-tech medicine will be the thing of past and I know the future is only rehabilitation. Shame India has Only ONE institute that train, help, manage and serve..
