Aadhar card and Birth certificate be merged into one. We should train the employees who are making birth certificate to incorporate all particulars of aadhar card which will help that then their will be no person who may not have aadhar card and we can incorporate all the information of his health into the aadhar card. This will maintain all the data of population accurately and avoid the double expenses of making birth certificate and aadhar card.

LINK ALL MUNICIPALITY DATABASES ISSUING BIRTH CERTIFICATES to AADHAR. 2. Campaign to make AADHAR of Parents must for admission / treatment of Children in Govt. Hospitals.

Sir ,Regarding the Neha ,The medical coding of disease , laboratory preforma, and standard hospital across the country with minimal data base is essential. As the Health is state subject but for this GOI should lead. We have already developed MCTS, HMIS,. IN chhattisgarh Department is going to make individual data base with Aadhar no and health insurance ID. It is to be considered . We should make make village wise health data base.as we have already mapped VHSNC. WITH REGARDS

1.An advanced storage & record management system must be made to store the data of all the patients. 2.This storage system must be connected to aadhar card so that in any city, any hospital, data/record of the patient could be accessed. 3.Smart system must be managed in order to manage the data of all the patients. 4.Contacts of Doctors must also be given on the portal for data storage of patients' medical report. 5.All types of facilities could be provided online that are possible.

PM said that he will abolish one law everyday. he said recently in chief justices conference that despite mushrooming tribunals/regulatory authorities, pendency has not decreased. in fact about 100 tribunals (resettlement homes) of retired babus are useless for citizens. Before starting NEHA at least one obsolete body, sucking taxpayer money, should end. Why health ministry is more interested in treatment industry rather than disease prevention for which yog ayurved nature cure are best.

I Dr Santosh K Yatnatti, post graduate student in Community Medicine would like to share my ideas, views and comments on NEHA (National e-Health Authority) India. It is indeed a virtuous move by the Government of India and Ministry of Family and Health Welfare towards Health. I suggest that this move should be taken as a golden opportunity to comprehensively help for attainment of Universal Health Coverage. I am hereby attaching the pdf-Healthy India with my views.

Hi Sir To develop a National e-health authority first the flaws in the present system have to be resolved. The govt hospitals are horrible and even the private hospitals have to be looked after.there are so many private hospitals whose functioning is illegal. No trained nurses are available.charges are too much and no bills are given for the money paid.and where is this money going to.no updation of the patient details digitally.all these things are happening in a place like Vijayawada(AP).

i agree with mr Raja Singh.please establish A class PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRES in 1000 villages first . donot copy USA. EVEN city hospitals in whole of UP are in very poor state. own some and make them A class. basic problem is neither the doctors nor the system is patient friendly. we should put in our 200% to give clean water , toilet, electricity , education and hospitals to the public.sir you will lose the elections if you donot improve existing conditions quickly.
