Rural India still need basic health facilities and no attention is being paid to poores in this country.Please look after all rather than a few who can afford private care.

Good health to people should be free. For expenditure in this regard budgetary allocation and health policies (mandatory for all) should be made. Every people should be given unique ID(may be AADHAR No.) linked with name, address etc. All hospital must be linked with each other and be categorized as primary, secondary and so on. First treatment be given in primary health camp and on diagnosis further treatment may be given in appropriate level. Monetary transaction should be online.

Clean water, pollution less air (oxygen) are the two prime sector we should care now when we discuss about health. Major Health problems are in the Urban areas than rural. Major reason for Urban issue is pollution in Air and water. Rural mostly water sources are poor. Need to be concentrate in this two area where people can have a reasonable good health. Of course, food also important, but local authorities can take such part since food is different from place to place.

Health for all 2020

We should prepare the road map and I suggest a logo Healthy People 2020 I do not think health for all as it will imply Government Help or charity or a mission by government nor I think I am imitating US since there also it is going on by health.gov with target Healthy People 2020

Sir,NeHA should have data base of all types of diseases and treatment given to patients in India in private and govt. hospitals and clinics, because today there is no method\platform to know various medical data of India ,we have to be dependent on foreign data.Such data can be fed online by doctors about the patients they treat.

We should keep 5 years target with logo Healthy Indians 2020

This board could serve as the golden source where patient can seek second opinions without doctors misleading or exploiting them through their lab tie ups.Doctors with high integrity could be in the panel. All hospitals( especially large chains of private hospitals) should be obligated to allow access to the patients records treatment upon request from this board. Transparency can be enforced around treatment to the sick and ailing.

The authority should make public availability of: a)common ailments affecting us and its remedial steps suggested like Disease Prevention and Health Promotion b)It should have data base of Doctors, Nursing homes, Hospitals which can be referred in.The link should be there from Symptoms >consultancy>curative steps & advisory c)There should be space for complaint/feed back which should be monitored. The Authority so designated can take punitive steps.

Sir,I think the followings should be added with NeHA- 1)All registered doctors of many govt.& private hospitals should enlisted and what they prescribe to patient also uploaded to prevent any malpractice. 2)also added a separate chating page so that only enlisted doctors can communicate to each other for the case study of any critical case & also for detail history of new patient coming to him who get treatment from other regd. doctor. 3)A page where doctors can discuss about there research
