Best practice fully integrated health care is in Singapore from Primary health clinic's to specialised care. Integration of this system is fantastic. This has some area of improvement too, however this is far superior to a few health care systems I have seen. This is good bench mark to achieve one postcode at a time.

I think health education is necessary to the educated rather than un-educated living in villages. Modern people think that eating and drinking hygienic food and water is the secret of health. But the real health not only lies in taking good air, water, exercise but also in excreting all waste generated in the body and sufficient rest. Most of the people doesn't know about proper excretion when the inner body.Encourage http://www.telugubhakti.com/telugupages/celebrities/naturopathy/drmantena.htm

Good step. Congratulation for Central Govt. as well as Hon'ble PM. But there is a need to provide standard basic health care facilities in each village of my country. So plan is also required to thing. To enforce law & regulations, local level Panchayat, NGO, Aanganwari worker, Gram Sachiv can be involve for proper communication & awareness. Lot of work is required in the field of health. Till date our traditional system of medical care is still working effectively. We wish for sucess.

Its high time we underestimate importance of our health needs and issues,we must not ignore this old saying-"Health is Wealth". Healthy nation will bring us healthy future and to harness this, Govt must look into strengthening primary care health systems in our village and remote areas.Educate people and spread awareness about basics like importance of Hand hygiene. Increase no of medical seats, make few years rural posting compulsory and do provide them extra benefits like rebate in tax etc.

I welcome this initiative of our Govt.As a specialist i would like to emphasise that atleast basic knowledge of Health information should be made available on this online portal. For awareness on health issues, media's help is must.Govt must spend more money on health from its budget.General Practitioners must be given extra remuneration and facilities to lure them to stay in regional areas.Prevention is more important than cure,so awareness for the same ought to be spread through media.

Health education is the lowest priority in my country as MPs still say tobacco is not injurious to Health. Please encourage volunteers engaged in moral, health and sex education.
