database of citizen's health will go a long way in ensuring correct epidemiological assessment of diseases. It is important to link all doctors compulsorily in the system. This includes Ayush doctors and allopathic doctors. Also it is important to link this with a pre existing citizen ID number like Aadhar card number or PAN number. This would help in correct identification of location. Also the pharmacies should also be linked to this system to reduce practice of self medication

There should be website, where common people can search their prescribed and purchased medicine for it authentication of quality and price. Whether the medicine and its company is registered or not..Afterall everything should be transparent. It would benefit to the doctor and patient both community.

e-Health network shall provide consultation on demand to patients in all corners of the country. Doctors can diagnose the patient remotely through tele-medicine. Tests can be prescribed, test reports shared and medicines prescribed online. This will provide affordable medicine for all. Each e-Medicine center will require one paramedic who can guide the patients in using the tele-medicine facilities.

[Make consultancy by specialist doctors available online for every citizen. All health centers should have internet facility empowering health-center doctors working at ground zero to access critical medical advice.

NeHA should be run by special cadre of officials who are qualified doctors of various streams. They should be specially trained about administrative skills and civil services rules and regualtions so that they can formulate, implement and evaluate various health related policies in a broader prospective. Also, NeHA should inculcate the essence of Health Delivery System of our Defence Services into it, so that our general population gets the disciplined health services system.
