BJP must open up the regional medical college in massive way because india need doctors and private institution are running and taking huge donation 50 lakhs and 60 lakhs.Which is not acceptable govt must interfere we expect govt to open up the AIIMS also in eastern and western part of the UP.Please note that without opening medical colleges medical facilities cannot be provided to the poor people and masses.Doctors can be exported to world over and it should be make in india plan.

Each hospital should be internet enabled. Each worker from nurses to doctors must be computer literate. Each patient should have unique digital ID. Every detail of patient history(Diseases) and standard care of treatment(Medicines) must be feed into the data base on real time basis, so that doctors and the patient can retrieve the details of treatment and diseases. If any patient come in future for treatment it will be easy to diagnose.Using log in ID doctor and patient can see their treatments.

I read a very effective comment on this blog. That people are coming from developed countries to our country for low cost health facilities. NeHA must inculcate the aspect of Medical and Dental Tourism in its preview. For this purpose our govt has to build corporate style hospitals, just in line with several Govt aided hospitals presently working in New Delhi. This step wont incur much expense, but will give huge returns. It can become a bench mark in health delivery system in our country.

NeHA should be framed keeping in mind broader pospective. NeHA should have TWO FACETS, one for the Health Department and other for Citizen of our country. Care should be taken that Health Department should work as a subsidary to NeHA and not as a part of it. Further, NeHA should have sections corresponding to Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels of Health Prevention. Also, Please dont seggregate these sections as rural and urban. Health needs are same for every quarter of our society.

Are you again re-inventing the same wheel? I believe Mission Mode Project on Health (under NeGP) has one component to develop an integrated health info system. Mere setting up more and more authorities is only confusing. If you ask anybody studying Public Health, the biggest obstacle in tackling health issues(worldwide) is the proliferation of multiple authorities/departments/stakeholders etc.

NeHA should not come under the preview of NABH, as I feel NABH is more government(more paper work)and less governance. I fail to understand how a health procedure at primary or secondary or tertiary level of health prevention can be accredated or non accredated. At the first stage itself, Health Procedures should be of the highest standards. The concept of accredation and non accredation should have no place in the health system..

If Dispansary facilty (which are mostly misused due to free availability of service) will be ended to the govt. servant, then they will start the use of Aayurvedic medicine and advice it in their surroundings. To overcome the irritation on the issue, they may be paid a lum sum insurance ammount , and non-complex hard rule should be frmaed for regulation of Hospitals.

Ayurved is cheapest treatment methodology and is known to all more or less. Compell the local social leader like Govt. Servant to use Aayurvedic Medicine and end their dispensary facilty of allopathay and compansate it with Medical insurance with rebate on Income tax payment
