The Government shall recognise amply the various medical proven systems - SIDDHA, AYURVEDA, UNANI, HOMEOPATHY at par with ALLOPATHY. Three things are vital - Recognition - Research & Development-allocate more funds - Encouragement through various awareness programs/seminars/roadshows The Govt should recognise qualified physicians coming from these system so that they feel proud and society shall treat them on par with MBBS/MD. Only recognition can attract more people into the main-stream.

e-Health network shall provide consultation on demand to patients in all corners of the country. Doctors can diagnose the patient remotely through tele-medicine. Tests can be prescribed, test reports shared and medicines prescribed online. This will provide affordable medicine for all. Each e-Medicine center will require one paramedic who can guide the patients in using the tele-medicine facilities.

the obsolete act i.e section-42 of pharmacy act 1948 and rule 1945 of drug and cosmetic act 1942 should be scrapped. the act and rules which can not be followed in practical should be scraped. the necessity of pharmacist at retail counter of medicine is now a days not meaningful.since the Doctors are prescribing packed ready to use medicine and also write doses on the prescription. in early years the concept was drug mixing and at that time it was necessary of pharmacist.

the govt should seek affidavit from the students og govt medical college where the govt educate the students on subidised fee whereas the private medical college charge heavy fees to the tune of 40-50laks for the course. the students of govt medical college should give an undertaking under affidavit that after passing they will serve 2 years in the villages failing which they will be charged penalty to the tune of the cost of education and that should be 25-30lakhs.

There should be website, where common people can search their prescribed and purchased medicine for it authentication of quality and price. Whether the medicine and its company is registered or not..Afterall everything should be transparent. It would benefit to the doctor and patient both community.
