also people will make their arrangements to manage and store waste. Their own dustbins, society dustbins, compound dustbins. This can be fast implemented and target can be achieved by gandhiji's 150th birth anniversary. No government intervention required. Minimum Government Maximum Governance.

This idea comes from newspaper raddi management. In this we have raddi dealers all over who buy your waste newspaper and collect it from their home. So if we have Waste Recyclers all over India - who will pay for your Kachra (waste) and collect it from home / your place. In this case the waste will have value and people will not throw it here and there. Waste Recyclers can be given economic benefits for setting up such plants all over india.

For clean India, there must be proper arrangement for dustbin on roads and street. Because, I have talk with many people on this issue and most of them said this above things that, if there would not be public dustbin then how this will be possible..

Public pissing, a most common view that we encounter in our daily commute. Main cause is the lack of public toilets. And even if they are their, they are so stinky and filthy that people prefer to do their "important work" in the open air rather than opting for the toilet. Clean toilets are a must. So their should be automatic bio-toilets in public places which will make people more comfortable in doing their "important work" in the toilets instead of choosing open air as an alternative.

More than money I believe there is lack of presence of real/selfless social works on the ground who can lead the people One can question why I m preachng & not taking gauntlet myself there r various reasons but i believe such leaders hav to be from political parties particularly from ruling party for better coordination everytime i tried to give lead i found myself distressed due to poor response from authorities

It must be seen that responsibility is fixed in every organization and a periodical supervision done There has to be complete coordination amongst all levels of govts. RWA/gram panchayat to MCD/BDOs to Councillors to MLAs to MPs to govt. functionaries. Every MP must take a periodical review of the every district of his constituency Centralised approach wil not work alone distribution of job amongst varous stakeholders, availability of resources to do job & periodical suprvision r key

as per my assessment of Swatch Bharat Mission so far, it isnt moving wel I hav already told in my earlier listings that if we realy want it to succeed it needs to be implemented in govt. buildings including offices, schools, colleges, streets, roads, of all levels of govts No official is taking it seriously it was done only for a day I even believe govt. bodies are misusing funds in this regard Mine is not a complaint but a picture of the ground reality as I am a part of it.

We need to be self aware that we are creating filth. This self awareness will enable Swachch Bharat in Gandhiji's 150th birth anniversary. keep the warpper in pocket till you get the next bin. Don't spit around as if all the world is my dustbin. etc etc.
