In continuation... Importantly when the government refurbishes these toilets with good ones these should be continuously maintained. This is where we often fail. We build lovely things but donot pay attention to its maintenance and upkeep.

My experience with regard to toilets on railway station is extremely bad. The design of urinals is pathetic, and one wonder how could railway approve such design. The toilet and urinal designs should be well though of and these should be same (or nearly same) at all stations, not withstanding the rating of the station. The AC waiting room toilets on Bhopal station stink and one virtually does not want to touch the fittings.

All shopkeepers and Office owners must be required to maintain the pavement from the point outside their premises to the road. A law must be passed. In South Extension or Connaught Place in Delhi people pay crores of rupees to acquire a property. Inside is posh but as soon as you step out the pavement is broken and dusty. Maintenance should be the responsibility of the property owner required under a new law that needs to be passed.

hope our beloved PM will consider the nationwide erection of garbage disposal system before it is too late because if we don't get result after cleaning some or other day anybody will get frustrated.

Great news about online tracking. I would also like to thank you for the helpline for garbage burning in New Delhi. However, no one picks up phone @ 9717593574. This was the number given in the advertisement in the Delhi T.O.I paper. I even sent sms's but no reply. No complaint number, no follow up!
