Connectivity by road is really very important for development so a road must constructed under PMGSY which can work as a model for other villages to follow apart from this following facilities must be .
1.A small bank/Post office.
2.Primary health center.
3.Safe drinking water facilities (Installation of RO system which can cater entire community ).
4.A shop (under public distribution system) different from existing which should operate on no profit & no loss basis & fulfill the requirement

A learning center must be established in every village for awareness among farmers, youth children & women.
On time to time different program must be conducted to empower them.
Center must have following facilities
1.24/7 connection of internet.
2.Newspaper of regional languages.
3.Library.
4.A hall for different awareness session.

I would like to suggest following for Sansad Adrash gram Yojna.
1.Energy independence for village by utilizing all agro wastes thus installation of biomass/biogas project. As this will provide cheap & clean fuel for cooking & lighting.
2.Sanitation-Toilet for every household by mean of PPP.
3.School for girls in every village/ Gram Panchayt.
4.Installation of solar systems in each village for 24/7 electricity.
5.Special incentive for small farmers for cattle (Cow/buffalo) to increase income.

How can we STILL accept a reserved student getting admission to IITs and IIMs with low cut - off marks in entrance tests when their parents ( enjoying the benefits of reservation ) are capable of giving good education to them ???????????

The present generation of students [ belonging to reserved castes ] whose parents ( either are both ) are enjoying the benefits of reservation must not be allowed such benefits or if such benefit is allowed then there should not be any compromise with cut -off marks for admissions and interviews .
