Farmers and their families face a whole range of problems
In thinking of rural development, therefore, a whole range of problems which the farmer confronts daily must be considered. Some of these problems will be physical or tangible, and relatively easy to identify. They can quickly be spotted by observation or by means of a survey and once the extent of the problem is understood a relevant course of action can be proposed. For example, fertilizer can be recommended to improve the production

Any Yojana will require us to give data to foreign companies by enrolling in Aadhar. Scrap UIDAI. make it a Government department. Don't ask us to share data with companies having foreign connections. It is a shame. Have one unique ID for every citizen by collecting data through post office. Use Government servers and data centres only. Don't allow private participation. Atleast open your eyes now. Nilekani's loss in election is a negative vote for Aadhar. STOP AADHAR SAVE INDIA

Indian villages are rich in biomaterial and bio-waste plus sunlight. Use that as a TOOL for DECENTRALIZATION. HOW:----- -------It is expensive to lay down and maintain lines for power, telephone,water-sewage pipes. So biogas plants and solar plants are essential sources of electric power, power for cellphone towers, recycling and local employment(installation/maintenance). No need for villagers to depend on cities for these sources. Panchayat's tablet computer via mobile towers for feedback.

Apart from providing basic amenities like roads, rails etc. To qualify a village/region as a model village, there is a need for awareness amongst every villager about the vital contributions his/her village makes to this country. Need to promote local indigenous values, promotion and protection of local crops, flora and fauna. Revive organic farming, organic animal husbandry. Establish centres to promote local arts, martial arts & a modernized Gurukul system of education.
