The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

For becoming a model village, each of the village should have: -Garbage elimination plants(would require initial cost) -Road,Electricity,Pure Water,Education and health facilities.(basic needs) -Free Wifi -Electricity through solar and renewable energy. -pukka houses -Solar Cars or electric vehicles would make huge impact. -Organic Farming. -Playgrounds and Trees everywhere.(economically feasible) -No hanging clothes outside!!!

1.Most imp. thing is that please take care of the nature,do not harm the nature. 2.Join the local villagers in the implementation of this scheme. 3.PM sir can award the work of best 3 MPs to encourage them. 4.To open healthcare centre,E-schools,E-library,RO plant for pure water,IT centres. 5.Every village should be equipped with broadband & wifi facilities. 6.To open skill dev. centre 7.Join this scheme with NREGA 8.A proper garbage collection system should be established. 9SOLAR ENERGY

news- ALSTOM paid bribes about 50 + crores to get delhi metro rail contract...... will this remain & b let gone just as any other news article.... as has always been....... & common maon suffers /stroggles to buy even a kg of vegetables..... if alone here you can cut down corruption....we think India will become a GILDEN BIRD AGAIN- IFF AT ALL............. nagarparishad member should not be elected they must be ias level officer it will make india better. the clean india will be achieved in 5years if this system comes.

NEWS- SAMAY TV sir, a mechanic in gujrat has developed a method to run vehicles with water using a hydrogen kit. At a time when the country is struggling to bring down inflation dont u think that this should be given a fair trial & if correct should be patented in tht persons name and this will bring down costs of evrything and make our country the most sought after and on top of the world.PLEASE see

The skill found in village should be enhanced with the help of local or nearby ITIs. In addition to, driving four wheeler, heavy vehicle, mobile repairing,mechnic and other relevant skills must be developed by ITIs. Transport, communication, education and medical facilities must be provided with the help of sansad and vidhayak nidhi. There should be self help groups in the village that increase the production and process final products in village and so their financial condition.

The villages must be developed with the nature. There should be a self help group where all the products within the villages like milk, honey, poultry products, pickles etc. may be gathered in quantity and quality. The villagers must divide the duties in the group. Some may sell the products, some may help in production, some may gather the things etc. Animal and human wastes should also be used through biogas plant and manure, cooking gas, water for irrigation, light generation must be done.
