Population control measures , population policy measures must be disseminated to villagers. caste system should come to an end,their should be caste less temples in model villages.

Rural service is must for all doctors for 10 years after passing out.Otherwise their certificate should be cancelled and medical council membership also cancelled.

Daily use cosmetics, food items and herbal and natural medicines are to be grown and processed in villages. People must be trained in naturopathy, yoga, ayurveda and ayush.

Khadi and village industries must be encouraged in model villages. Villagers must use khadi in any form in their daily life so that demand for Khadi is created & khadi gets encouragement.

Solar energy driven pump sets are now a must. Solar energy must be used for irrigation and agriculture in villages.

Solar energy must be used for kitchen purpose in villages also. All rural hospitals should be covered under solar energy. Street lighting, room lighting must be from solar energy.

All model villages should have solar energy facilities. All such model villages should not depend on outside supply of power. Slowly all villages of our country should be covered by solar energy. Coal based and water based energy has a limitation. Solar energy is unlimited.

I think every village must have Better school. it will prevent breaking villages and overcrowding cities.
