Sir,
as you have rightly said that no to districts are same so are the villages. On similar lines the concept of Adarsh gram yojna has to be district and state specific. I am from the region of Punjab & Haryana, where villagers are well off compared to say Bihar or odissa. In Haryana the villagers have to be stake holders & should contribute equally to any govt prog like sewerage, water lines etc. here we need to have waste management systems in place are as their spending capacity is more.

I think This Application is a one way....it should be a two way communication...citizen and government should interact with each other in this platform to share thoughts and ideas and implementations...so that government will be so much citizen friendly.

One project/placement activity of all the professional colleges should be made mandatory in the rural areas so that they get an exposure to the villages of India where 3/4th of our population still lives. Sir, this I write after giving a talk on "Rural Development and Youth" in a reputed MBA Institution in Kerala. A handful of them have shown keen interest in doing their projects in Rural Development. If invested now, the benefits could be reaped by the YOUNG INDIA in 2020.

Sir, planning of the Gram Panchayat activities should begin with the convergence of the various resources available in the various sectors. The depts/implementing agencies should work hand in hand in the optimum usage of the resources. A proper planning mechanism with the support of technical expertise can result in a good and effective plan which can result in the all round development of the Gram Panchayat.

We need to start marking system with performance parameters for our MPs. This will not only help improve their performance but also will help us reelecting them in the next elections. This Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana could be one of the parameters we set for the performance of our MPs. i.e. road, power, water, sever, industry and employment etc.

Sir I am from a village in punjab, here we are equipped with all modern facilities. But, what is the major concern is drugs and alcohol. Alcohol is major reason for various deaths. Not only this students can't even focus on their studies because mostly their fathers are drunk and do mental torture or physical tortures at night. Ban on alcohol can save 75% Punjab as case is worst in this state. Politicians play a major role and people mostly male support this a lot. Immediate action is required.
