2/2 : To motivate the people , an Award may be setup like Noble Prize under different categories. The Concept of Ideal Indian village also improve the economy of Country as it will attract the foreigners under Rural & Eco Tourism programmes. In Ideal Indian Village more emphasis should be given to Clean & Green village with sustainable development , instead of just construction of streets & useless buildings to utilise the funds. The involvement of villagers is must in every project.

There is nothing better than reality TV. This program will gain massive momentum, if we can create an "Adarsh Gram" TV show which periodically visits each of the villages chosen by the MPs and captures the effect of the scheme. It will also directly demonstrate how the MP has worked and whether the peoples lives have improved.

Part 2 / 2:
In this regard, also urge the authorities concerned to have a dedicated web page for either each MP or for each constituency, so that the voters of the particular constituency can follow up, which “Gram” is being taken for “Adarsh Gram Yojana” , what’s progress etc. In a way, it’s better way of CONNECTING INDIA & INDIANS ! If this is successful, no need of publishing or distributing lakhs & lakhs of publicity booklets of their work/ progress report all, thereby saving lot of paper.

After Mark zukerberg(co-founder of Facebook) meeting our HONABLE PM they planned to provide optical fibre in 2.5 lakhs villages which will help villages to grow in very strong way, while education, electricity and health facilities are the other things required to make our villages developed in every frame of work.

Electricity. Education. Connectivity and Basic Health Care. These four elements, if present in a village or cluster of villages, have the ability to reverse the trend of urban migration and make self-reliant villages.
Many government and PSU employees stay in remote areas. presently, as per policy, no government servant can take up any other job. if these skilled people are allowed to take up part time work of imparting learning in their neighbourhood...quality of education can be improved.

sir ask MLA's/MP's to use their fund for using solar street lights, bio toilets, water connection, improvement of lake in village. ask not use fund for community hall, temple/mosque/church reconstruction, roads which will be taken up by other agencies, etc there should be clear cut guidelines for using fund otherwise they will start using it for populist things which don't have value for village remains only show piece.
