I would suggest an app that helps the Prime Minister that helps him to keep a tab on the revenue spent by his ministers. The app would allow the minister to allot the funds to the ministers and the ministers could only spend the fund after the confirmation from him. This would allow him to allocate the funds according to the need of states and consecutively maintain a tab on the money spent from the economy.
