VINQ FOR NATION BUILDING #Information, #Interaction, #Broadcast We would like to propose a micro-video blogging platform for the PMO which would act as a platform for citizens and the PMO to collectively address social issues. The app can be used by the people of India to post 'vinqs'. A vinq is either a 10 second video or a photo that describes a social issue. 'vinq' is a snapshot of a problem in our society that we need to address, as citizens and Govt, to build a better India.
