MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only. There are three phases in the contest: o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST. Suggested #Tags: #Information, #Interaction, #Broadcast Prizes • Idea Phase (Phase-I): Ideas selected by the jury will win an Android One device from Google and a Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov. • Wireframe development phase (Phase-II): The top 5 shortlisted teams will get Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov and an opportunity to be mentored by Google to build the mobile app. • App Development phase (Phase-III): The winning team will get a Sponsored trip to the Unites States of America to meet a team of Google Developers,subject to Terms and Conditions. An interactive section “What is India Talking About” which will bring to the notice of the PM the common concerns of Indian masses

#Information This app will be used to eradicate the child labors & orphan children in our country. Every public can use this app,to post the details of child (Name,working place,company details ).PMO can view the details of user and child labor; If a citizen notices any orphan child, can post the child details & it is sent to the near by orphanage and notify to PM office. #Interaction User,PM & pm office can interact by this app by signing in.

#INFORMATION 1. Under this section the app will provide all basic information about the government working and details of the leaders and their records that can help people to elect their leaders correctly. More information is given in the attached file.

#Interaction Implementing COMPLAINT BOX option in the app so that we can file complaints against state governments which are not implementing the important schemes and plans of central government
