After a successful career in IT for 24 years , I wanted to help professional women go back to work, so I joined my husband to expand organization to include childcare for babies. We have in last few years employed and trained 200 + women (partially or not educated ) to be professional caregivers. Women have natural ability and enhanced skills of what/when/how importance of hygiene , safety they have made them caregivers. We have now 1000 kids from age of 6 months and this can be replicated.

How we will be able to compare our doctors with other countries and how best doctors will be produced , when we are selecting a students belongs to OBC,SC or ST category , who is securing lesser marks in Medical competitions and a more meritorious student from open category not gets seat.We must provide free coachings, free educations to upgrade them to go on bench mark level qualify , but it is not good to make down the bench mark of cut off , it will create unskilled doctors in our country.

Conventional method of construction consumes one bag of cement for 250 bricks and one and half bag of cement for plastering application of surface area measuring 10 X 10 feet.The speed of construction is limited 60 bricks an hour. With my inventive tool the more than 350 bricks can be laid with uniform mortar application.Since wall will maintain 90 deg vertical accuracy plastering thickness will remain well within 12 mm.This limits the use of cement to half bag for same given area.

Conventional method of construction is a stop to action by a team. Vertical accuracy can only be confirmed by stopping the work by the mason, this leads to the low productivity of basic construction work.Also due to various factors brick wall have inherent errors which lead to excessive use of cement. Since the bonding of the bricks are uneven the resultant brick wall is not uniformly strong.My new inventive tool eliminates all the errors associated with construction industry.3 times faster
