Click & upload snaps of river Ganga and win exciting prizes - courtesy of National Mission For Clean Ganga. Namami Gange has taken unique initiative by giving the fans and those passionate about river Ganga an opportunity to participate in a photography contest.
As a part of this contest, photo enthusiasts can enter into the following categories:
1. Livelihood
2. Festivals
3. Historical Architecture
4. Biodiversity(Flora and Fauna)
5. Human activities affecting Ganga
6. Tourist destinations along river Ganga
The copyright of the submitted photographs will be with National Mission for Clean Ganga.
Participate in the #NamamiGange Photo Contest on occasion of Ganga Swachhta Pakhwada 2018. The best entry attracts a cash prize of ₹ 25,000/-, followed by ₹ 15,000/- and ₹ 11,000/- There are also 7 consolation prizes of ₹ 5000 each.

Pure Ganga water flow from Nainital mango/ kidney shape Naina reservior boating site .
Nainital a Himalayan resort town in the Kumaon region of India’s Uttarakhand state,at an elevation of roughly 2000m.
Nainital Lake,a natural freshwater body,situated amidst the township of Nainital in Uttarakhand State of India,tectonic in origin, is kidney shaped / crescent shaped and has an outfall at the southeastern ending in Ramganga ,becoming a tributory of Ganga.
