Respected PM, The Monitoring Cell in PMO office may be with 6 members, one High Court retired Judge, one retired IAS officer, one ruling party MP, and three Experts associated in Energy and retired can be taken. US reduced energy intensity form 0.22 kgoe?$ GDP in PPP in 2003 and India at 0.16 kgoe. But for 2012 , US has come 0.15 against India at 0.14 kgoe This shows clearly India on Energy Conservation is very very slow.Things should be fast to reduce our co2 and to become India rich.

cont. BEE and Union Ministry are to be kept under this Monitoring Cell. Results are expected after three months. Even after BEE formation of 10 years, the excess energy loosing yearly matters our country economy.

Respected PM, In last 9 years period, energy intensity for India came down by 12% against USA the fall is 31% and for Denmark 23%. Every year we are using excess energy from 2006 and the gravity of the problem is yearly Rs 10,74,600 cr for 2012. For 2013 data is available for public in 2015 Sep. There should be a seperate cell is to be formed in PMO office for one to two years till iIndia Energy Intensity is on par with Denmark.

Respected PM, People keep the lights on and lock the room or home and come out for shopping etc. Some people knowingly and not knowingly do this. People should be informed to switch off fans and lights as it matters for our country economy.

Cont. When the document sent to PMO in Aug 2006, IIT , Bombay has introduced as one semester course for M.Tech 1st year students and IIT, Bombay was energy audited with 27 students. This should be done for all institutes and energy conservation measures have to be informed to the authorities. In the 21 Expert Committee, Only one faculty had been inducted, ie from IIT, Bombay.

Cont. In 2012 the energy intensity for India is 0.14 kgoe /$ GDP in PPP terms against 0.096 for Denmark. The data comes from World Bank and IMF for .iea.org website. India is spending still 31% excess energy in 2012. GOI identified in 2006 and still continues. This is equivalent to 244 million ton oil equivalent , costing Rs 10,74,600 cr with oil barrel at $ 100 rate at that time.Government should come with these figures and data. People follow soon energy conservation.
