Respected PM, For all cell phones, a voice message has to be given on that day continously; for all incoming calls.on 14th Dec 2014.

Respected PM, In another one month on 14th Dec 2014 ; we celebrate Energy Conservation Day. We have to keep a good banner and keep for one week before central govt and state govt building and all educational institutions. The banner should give a message to the public and students.

Respected PM, A message," Switch off lights and fans when not in use" should be sent for all mobiles of our country cell phones. On 14 th Dec our cell phones should have voice message on Energy Conservation Day followed by phone connection.Take the assistance of Private cell phone operators.

i make try to give my rural and urban people a free solar panel and also try to motivate them to use more often public transport, make this mandatory for office to start there cabs and buses , or try to motivate them to use cycle and cycle rikshaw to use more often for small distance

Lets break Energy Conservation in smaller topics: 1. Electricity: Improve transmission ways; Encourage Solar Energy Use; LED lights initiative 2. Home Energy (fuel): Biogas plants 3. Vehicle Fuel: initiative for local development and marketing of Electric vehicles 4. Energy Production: option to sell energy they produce 5. Digitize: Digitize records to speed up process, reduce overheads, reduce extra paper waste and stop people from hampring these processes for corruption.

I would to establish an Industrial Research Unit which could do research in Solar Technology or solar cell development Indian way.....In other hand I would be provide the financial grants for micro Hydro Electric projects to the all private sector firms so that they make India energy efferent.
