As like Canal Solar Power Project... I like to do same with railway... all we know that we have one of the world largest railway network and railway is one of the big oil hungry sector of india... it is the perfect way to cut their carbon footprints because you can use spaces that have no other economic value(On track)... Some country already run these rail that generate their full power need by this technology like Paris to Amsterdam (2 mile long)... I will build a small prototype for this.

Solar panels are installed on aeroplanes etc. to generate electricity. Similarly solar panels may be installed on trains to generate power to suffice train requirement. Second option is use of high rpm fans or turbine like machinery to generate power with dynamo kind of arrangement fitted at other end. Fan Shaft moving with high rpm will generate power. Direct air blow impact due to high speed of train may be considered to design angle of fan blade.

Installation of solar power cells on roof of all govt. buildings with private company participation so as the system is being maintained efficiently. Pvt Partner shall be given 25 to 50% electricity as oeprating cost along with some intital charges so that system remains maintained healthy. Remaining 50% shall be used for that building itself. Govt. offices mostly works around 250 days a year only and power generation will be for most of all the days. It will help govt. to save revenue.

Government of India has proved the concern of establishing energy efficiency in three sectors primarily responsible for energy consumption—buildings, industry, and transportation. Whereas the focus of national effort on energy efficiency is still lacking in the area of “RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY GENERATION “via Solar, Wind, Geothermal and Water.
