After solar and wind third is hydropower in rainy season solar not much effective and uneven wind so if we use rain harvesting water for generation of power in colony and society the water harvest by pipe will first flow on small turbine and then goes to bore well or in filter pond it will both benefit as rain harvesting and power generation and if we make multipurpose equipment which will utilize for power generation commonly on wind and rain will help every month power generation facility

There are a lot of electrical Products available that consumes less energy (5 star ratings), Lights which use less energy and are eco friendly, the new inverter AC's uses 40% less power... Such products must be brought to the peoples attention and the companies manufacturing there products must provide the same at a reasonable rates.. I believe this will automatically solve the major issue of power... at least to some extent...

Here's a way to reduce LPG usage, yet make rural poor happier. Many rural homes have cattle whose dung is rich in biogas, which emit GHGs, causing environmental disaster. Maintenance-free, packaged biogas systems costing Rs 10,000 each can be installed in their homes at Govt cost, but they need not be given fuel subsidies. This is a Win-Win for all, Govt saving perpetual subsidies, Nation reducing GHGs, and rural cattle owners getting free fuel for ever. India can even get Carbon Credits for it.

I would include gifts like LED bulbs and other solar devices to the people under MNREGA scheme and on the same account I will also certify the companies for producing energy effiecient technlogies and providing subsidy wherever needed.

energy can neither be created no be destroyed, but only be transferred from one from to another. i would focus more on saving electricity by inculcating compulsry habits to the children, from the play schools itself.... i want our future generation to build a habit of using our energy efficiently and never ever waste it....

1. Reduce the taxes for necessary equipment. 2.Encourage all the engg. institute( govt. & pvt.) for come up with cost effective optima technology ( for solar, wind, smart grid etc.) with the help of its student and made it in country. 3. creating a specialist board for Waste management & using them for energy and they publish their report on-line regularly. 4. Encouraging power companys to invest in green energy 5. Most impotently promoting it fascinatingly(by giving award etc.)
