Sir we can provide the solar systems and we can provide subsidy on the consumers who will be installing the solar systems in large amount. This will help and motivate the consumers to accept the solar or renewable energy which will lower the burden on the Electricity Boards in India. The use of domestic wind mills which will help in generation of electricity for bungalows institutes apartments hospitals etc by which the renewable energy or non-conventional energy can help in energy conservation

R/Sir PM, I can design Solar energy based Out-door Wi-Fi Access points for making whole village in to Wi-Fi zone in Rural Areas by which Camera Monitoring for farmer on mobile system, Internet , Govt. online schools can run without making high cost projects and wastage of lots of energy in adapters to convert 240 AC volts to 3,6,9and 12 volt DC machines. If we deploy such technology.Than we colud create Hi-Tech villages .

One of the biggest energy challenges we face is our fuel situation.I came across an article in an IEEE maginze, where some scientist in where trying to make fuel human waste was to generate electracity and power cars.Today I came across an article where there is a bio bus in U.K. powered by human waste. As per the article one person's yearly faste can power the bus for 55km.In India the sheer size of our population can generate enough fuel for the whole world. We need tap into this potential.

India has almost 21% of worlds Thorium reserves. To make use of this blessing we should think about Thorium molten salt reactors. The advantages are many for this type of reactors. My proposal is that we should think about creating smaller integrated modular reactors which can be placed in every city and town connected to a smart country wide grid. See research of Taylor Wilson for more info. This will make us energy independent and carbon emission free within 2020.

i would encourage the production of electricity by using concave solar panel, use of bio-diesel generators, or airborne wind energy or airborne wind energy turbine, or use our resources on finding other altenatives like the use of thorium etc..

Village level committee formation is to be done to create awareness. Most energy is wasted due to unauthorized use by consumers. People do so to save their own money. By a revised tariff people can be encouraged to save energy not to steal it. Automation is required particularly in LT sector. When billing efficiency in the country is so poor the best way is to reduce theft. Local administration involvement is highly required. The revenue generated in the process to be invested in automation

1. One of the major consumption of electricity is being done in street lights, High mast lights in big cities. Although its expensive but very efficient too if govt undertakes pilot projects for major roads to convert these lights to LED as well as using space-over for small solar panels 2. In Rajasthan their was a scheme recently by govt to exchange old Bulbs by CFL for free such schemes too can reduce energy consumption. 3.Consumption slab in bill. Higher usage attracting higher rate/unit
