The 1st step for achieving garbage fee India is to instill a national pride of cleanliness in every citizen's mind. This can be done through social media, msm, and each and every educational institution. The 2nd step is to create a detailed policy and action plan at the national, state and local levels to systemize garbage collection and disposal. The 3rd step is to introduce a stiff penalty for anyone not adhering to the national policy. 4th encourage corporate participation in the process.

Tie corporate CSR with city adoption for ten years. Guide top 200 companies to adopt 500 cities & towns. Corporate sector is seen as "parent" and direct change agents in civil life. Manual scavengers becomes employees to scavenge appropriately. The "parent" companies tie up with (small) specialized entities on Waste Management & FM to earn some return on the (free) garbage. After ten years, these WM/FM cos. are so hands-on, equipped & large that they pay up to clean & to take the garbage away.

Garbage free city we can't make without the proper control of plastics bags or polythene using products. Plastics used in india being a habbit in our life. so firstly we need to find a alternate option to reduce and stop of this plastic uses. Firstly we should to banned non recyclable & non degradable polythens and plastic bags. Alternate of plastics we can use paper bags, cloth & jute bags & with of this we can concentrate on microbial producing plastics (bioplastics) that are biodegradable.

we can take diesel from waste plastic. if we construct a plant which can perform such operation in dumping yards in our city under a ppp model it's a good idea. and from bio waste we can produce gobbar gas, and menurs for farmers it can Done by ppp

i think of a continous garbage disposal system....it will consist of a container which has suitable dimension. it should be preferbly a bit underground. large iron dustbins should be present on evry bus stop. people dont find dustbins thats why they throw things here and there.

government should pass a garbage free act in india according to this every city in india should have garbage reduction centres in india and introduce a strictly duty to pick garbage from that areas. there are different types of garbage like medical waste, industrial waste and waste so for stop mixing of these waste with each other they shold give colors to these waste like medical-green,hoshold-yellow,industrial-blue and they shold produce and distribute a garbage collection bag to these areas.
