Ministry of Power and Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) seeks entries for an innovative designing of a logo for National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation. The objective of this national campaign is to create awareness among the citizens of India for good practices and habits towards energy saving.
The last date of submission is 5th December, 2014.
The winning entries will be awarded cash prize as under:
1. First Prize - Rs. 25,000/-
2. Second Prize - Rs. 15,000/-
3. Third Prize - Rs. 10,000/-
There will be three prizes for third position and Rs 10,000/- will be awarded to each winner.

"save power , save money" logo is designed in gray/black color ,it means life is black without power .So, it is important but use it carefully.power spread light in life as star spread light in sky.

National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation can be achieved through, proper utilization of electricity, more use of solar energy, recycling the wastage,Plantation,and use if natural energy like wind.

Logo Description:
1. (Green )Circular Arrow - Represents 3 R’s, ‘Reduce’, ‘Reuse’ and ‘Recycle’.
2. (Blue) The Design: Sun with Energy Symbol - Represents ‘Use of Solar Energy’.
3. (Orange) People - Represents importance of ‘Societal’ and ‘Personal’ Responsibility in conservation of Energy.
