The Dr. Ambedkar Foundation (DAF) is an autonomous body under the administrative control of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The Foundation has been entrusted with the responsibility of managing, administering and carrying on the important and long-term schemes and programmes identified during the Centenary Celebrations of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The main objectives of the Foundation inter alia include implementation of programmes and activities for furthering the ideology and message of Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar among the masses in India as well as abroad.
Presently, the Foundation does not have any logo of its own. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Dr. Ambedkar Foundation. The last date of submission is October 1, 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/-.

Dr. Ambedkar Foundation is an autonomous body for empowerment and justice. As Dr. Ambedkar said, "Justice is another name of liberty, equality and fraternity" and he has evolved the idea of equality of proportion of compensation.

Description of my Logo:The calligraphy in my logo has two alphabets namely A and F standing for Ambedkar and Foundation.The bird symbols in the logo represents DR.Ambedkar's effort to liberate the oppressed
class of indian society and the wings are colored close
to our national flag (safron and green color).The clip art on the left side is representing Dr.Ambedkar and the wordings stand for the foundation's name.Overall it symbolises the work of the foundation in line with babasaheb's dream.
