The Dr. Ambedkar Foundation (DAF) is an autonomous body under the administrative control of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The Foundation has been entrusted with the responsibility of managing, administering and carrying on the important and long-term schemes and programmes identified during the Centenary Celebrations of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The main objectives of the Foundation inter alia include implementation of programmes and activities for furthering the ideology and message of Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar among the masses in India as well as abroad.
Presently, the Foundation does not have any logo of its own. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Dr. Ambedkar Foundation. The last date of submission is October 1, 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/-.

Here goes the description of my logo, the outer chakra symbolize the lord bhuddha's astanga marga, and the fisted hand risen from THE CONSTITUTION is balancing the equality and social justice. and when the whole logo is upside down a face (sun) is seen with two eyes again representing equality and social justice and the head (brain) being the constitution. This is my rough sketch of an idea and Thanks a lot for this initiative of providing us a valuable opportunity. MY God bless my BHARATH

Hi My name is Subhash. This is my first post on GOV. I made this logo For DAF - Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. Logo mainly depict the social Justice & the foundation. The Weigher is the symbol of justice & Golden pen nib identify the work done by Ambedkar in Indian constitution. Outer colour border reflect the unity.

1. HONORABLE DR. AMBEDKAR (BABA SAHEB ) IS WELL KNOWN FOR HIS FORMING OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION IN THE WORLD .
MY LOGO SHOWS A PEN THAT INDICATES THE PEN WRITING CONSTITUTION ,BALANCING HUMAN ON A SWING,INDICATING THE BALANCE THAT BABA SAHEB TRIED TO MAKE IN THE SOCIETY .
THE BASE IS THE AMBELAM OF INDIAN .
THE WHOLE CONCEPT IS TO SHOW THE BALANCE BETWEEN HUMAN IN SOCIETY AND EQUALITY AMONG ALL.
