Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hydrabad are the key cities, where this project will provide better outcome. Make mandatory solid waste management and waste water treatment system in place to all new constructions and builders needs to spent money on that without charging with public.

I recommend Bangalore that has huge problems with SWM. The attached PDF document outlines the possible solution to manage waste in the city - this can be adopted for any other city as well. Though this does not address problems, the most important ones are covered.

Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada. Generation of electricity through solid waste for the needs of the city. This was already iniated by GVMC Visakhapatnam and many international companies have come forward butthe plan was now idle . Also development of city roads using a mixture of polythene materials.

Ponds shud b beautified not filled up with waste. One major concern is mosquito that breeds in stagnant water. Whereas most fish eat mosquito larvae a few species such as guppies, goldfish, tilapia, bait minnows and some types of cyprinids are specifically known to consume larvae. The Mosquito fish (Gambusia) in particular is extremely useful in getting rid of larvae. Another way is Bio-technology. By using Bt bacteria (Bacillus thuringiensis), which attack mosquito larvae not other marine life.
