Sir, This suggestion is on road tolls. Why not ask all vehicles to pay the tolls at toll booths and then claim a reimbursement if they need to? Currently the system of exemption is for certain category of people and this means that the toll staff have to check the identity. This causes big delays and sometimes arguments. The reimbursement system will ensure smoother movement of vehicles and avoid unnecessary arguments and delays at the toll booths causing hardships to the travelling public. Rgds
