sir last date you date you have fo used about the small farmer and there growth of product ...but sir the major aspect and problem of the small farmer is "right to way " now a days no dhura or path is available to the small farmer who having his farm inside..after the cutting the drop is still lying in the field also in maharashtra is leading in the right to way case in the top of the country and more the lakh of new case are filling regarding the right to way..the old law are not workn in prctl

One such case is of bouncing cheques. This can be easily cleared by introducing a law in which the court after checking that there is prime facie case should direct the accused to deposit the full amount in the court till the case is decided. Why should the accuse enjoy the fund for years.
