My neighbor's are playing recording of voices from more then last 10 years and are disturbing and harassing me. they are hiding there crimes and diverting my mind again and again and not letting me do the work. they are doing wrong with me in this way from more then 10 years. I tried to complaint to the police but they did not does anything.
