My suggestion to start new Web/Mobile based App for "Rashtriya Rojgar Portal" where all job opportunities in Govt /Public sector & Private sectors can be posted by Employers. We have NCS portal but not useful at all and with very less nos. of users and low success ratio. In this new portal, even a small garment showroom owner can post his requirement just like Classified Ads. Job seekers can register their profile and match making of Employers and Employees. This is exactly opposite in the power sector. Large consumers have a pay heavy premiums and small consumers pay less. It has to be the other way round and only then our industries would be competitive. If we need to lower our production costs in our factories then power costs have to be brought down
