Although every person is eligible to have respectful words before their names but in all the para military forces, Shri and Smt. are used only for gazetted officers and name of other ranks are being put directly like children. As per present Govt. policy, work is more important than designation, so Cook, Safai Karmchari, Washerman, Constables are also respectable for their continuous services. Hon’ble Sir, Hindus can’t be united due to its caste system which have generated hates among all members of Hindu society. Darwin theory of evolution states that “ Survival for Fittest”. Since Hindus are weakest society hence it has to perish and shall be replaced by fittest, If we don’t try to becomes strong by eliminating our weaknesses as pointed out here in above. Respected Sir, In the education institutions in front of the office and in a addmission application below the name of the institution they have to put the register code and district code because we are seeing the school or a college if not registered students are getting difficult to join another institution for future education and also finding difficult to get a job.
