To increase the farmers income, they should be allowed to utilize 10 % of their land for putting up food processing industry. If the farmers themselves run these industry then incentives should be given to them in parity of the incentives given to industries in the Union Teritories . If they rent out to anyone else then they should be treated like any other industry.
