But lot of accidents are happening due to high speed on these super highways. Sir, these accidents are mainly due to - no lane drivings on these highways. Sir, Sadar Pranam CPGRAM is a very important initiative taken by Govt to provide redress mechanism to citizens in time bound manner with an effective monitoring system by DARPG. Off late it is becoming a routine practice to keep grievance pending for long without even giving interim reply. It would be appropriate to install a progress meter flashing Min/Dept wise state of grievances pending for >45 days on CPGRAM portal to sensitise all concerned Min/Dept towards their commitment to citizens.
